Former CNB Director Ng Boon Gay faces four corruption charges for allegedly receiving sexual favours from an IT vendor's employee to advance her company's dealings with CNB.

The accused is Ng Boon Gay (Huang Wen Yi). He was the Director of the Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB) at the time of the alleged offences.
2. It is alleged that Ng Boon Gay (Huang Wen Yi) had corruptly obtained sexual gratification from a woman who was an employee of two IT vendors. This gratification was obtained on four occasions between June 2011 and December 2011 in order to further the business interests of the relevant IT vendor, in respect of that vendor’s dealings with CNB.
3. Ng Boon Gay (Huang Wen Yi) will be charged in Court on 12th June 2012 for 4 charges under section 6(a) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, Chapter 241.
